1. Eligibility for Returns
We currently only accept returns under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- The item must be unused, unstitched, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags and labels intact.
- A return request must be made within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of damage or incorrect item (such as photos/videos) is required.
Note: We do not accept returns for reasons like dislike of color/fabric, size misjudgment, or change of mind.
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return:
- Email us at info@binteqamar.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Mention your order number and attach clear photos of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 working days.
- If approved, we will coordinate the pickup or request you to return the parcel via courier.
3. Refunds
- If your return is approved, we will offer either a replacement item or a refund (depending on product availability).
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method or via bank transfer.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We currently offer exchange only if:
- The item received is incorrect, damaged, or missing components.
- The product is still in new, unstitched condition.

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items that have been stitched or altered in any way.
- Sale or discounted items.
- Items returned without prior approval.
